Auto West BMW is looking for an enthusiastic results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to support our Sales team as we provide exceptional experiences for our customers.
Reporting to the General Manager, the New Vehicle Sales Manager will be responsible for working with the sales team to achieve unit sales and profit margins that meet or exceed dealership targets.

What do we expect from our New Vehicle Sales Manager?

Monitoring and analyzing Sales Consultant performance.
Assisting Sales Consultants with closing deals by negotiating price and completing sales contracts if needed.
Demonstrating ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and rapport building techniques with Sales Consultants to drive customer satisfaction.
Completing weekly, on-going training of Sales team
Providing sales management information by completing reports to ensure we are on pace to achieve sales objectives.
Ensuring Sales Consultants maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Managing customer issues and escalations.
Performing other duties as assigned by the management team.

What should you possess?

Excellent leadership, management, listening and communication skills.
Experienced and / or highly knowledgeable on operating a car sales department, including skills in advertising, merchandising, inventory, financing, and selling cars.
Minimum 3 years of progressive automotive sales experience.
Ability to train, motivate, and manage a sales team.
Solid and effective sales and administration expertise.
Knowledge of marketing and finance.
Solid organization and multi-tasking capabilities.
Sound decision making ability.
High school diploma.
